If you are traveling by car within Moravian Karst, head towards Blansko. From the main highway (D1), take exit 190 to connect with the road 374 towards Blansko. Once in Blansko, follow the signs for 'Zámek Blansko' or enter 'Zámek 1, 678 01 Blansko' into your GPS. The castle is centrally located, and there is parking available nearby. Be aware that parking might incur a small fee, typically around 20 CZK per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transport, you can take a train to Blansko from nearby cities like Brno. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Blansko train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop. Take bus number 213 or 214, which will take you directly to the stop 'Zámek Blansko'. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Note that tickets for the bus can be purchased at the station or on the bus, costing around 20 CZK.
Walking from Blansko
If you prefer to walk from the Blansko train station, it is about a 20-minute walk to Zámek Blansko. Exit the station and head southwest on Nádražní street. Continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn right. Follow the road until you see signs for Zámek Blansko. The walk is pleasant and allows you to enjoy the local scenery.
