If you're traveling by car from Liberec, head south on the E442 highway. Follow the signs for Jičín and then take the D10 motorway towards Prague. Merge onto the D1 motorway towards Brno. After about 50 km, take exit 41 for Benešov/Čerčany. Continue on the 112 road and follow signs for Český Šternberk. The castle is located at Český Šternberk 1, 257 27 Český Šternberk-Divišov. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.

To reach Český Šternberk Castle via public transport, take a train from Liberec to Prague Main Station. From there, transfer to a train heading to Benešov. Once at Benešov, you can catch a regional bus (line 400) that goes directly to Český Šternberk. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited. The castle is a short walk from the bus stop. The total cost for the train and bus tickets will be approximately CZK 150-250, depending on the class of train you choose.
