Getting There

Car
If you are driving from the Ore Mountains, head towards the city of Brno. Take the D1 highway southbound. After approximately 130 km, take the exit towards Adamov. Follow signs for Moravian Karst. You will find parking areas near the main entrances such as the Caves of Punkva and the Macocha Abyss. Expect to pay a parking fee of around 100 CZK for the day.

Public Transportation
Start by taking a train from a nearby station in the Ore Mountains, such as in Liberec. Board an express train to Brno. Upon arrival at Brno Main Station, transfer to a regional train towards Blansko. Blansko is the nearest town to Moravian Karst. Once in Blansko, you can catch a local bus (line 226 or 227) to the Moravian Karst area. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Bus fare is approximately 30 CZK.
