Car
If you're traveling by car from the Ore Mountains, head towards the town of Chomutov and then take the E442 towards Teplice. Continue on E442 until you reach the intersection with D8. Take the D8 towards Prague and then exit at Lovosice. Follow the signs for Třebušín-Milešov. The Central Bohemian Highlands will be near the address: 412 01 Třebušín-Milešov u Lovosic. The journey should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your starting point.
Public Transportation
To reach the Central Bohemian Highlands via public transportation, start from any location in the Ore Mountains and take a train to Ústí nad Labem. From Ústí nad Labem, transfer to a bus heading towards Lovosice. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once in Lovosice, catch a local bus or taxi to Třebušín-Milešov. Make sure to check the local bus schedules ahead of time as they may vary. The total travel time by public transport can take approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Taxi or Rideshare
For a more direct route, consider using a taxi or rideshare service from your location in the Ore Mountains to Třebušín-Milešov. This option may be more expensive, potentially costing around 1,000 CZK or more, but it will take you directly to the Central Bohemian Highlands without the need for transfers. The journey duration will be similar to driving yourself, around 1.5 to 2 hours.
