Public Transport
From Plzeň city center, head to the 'Plzeň Hlavní Nádraží' (Main Train Station). You can take tram number 1 or 2 from the city center, which will take you directly to the station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for a train to 'Zbiroh'. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. After getting off at Zbiroh station, walk towards the main road, and then follow the signs to Zámek Zbiroh, which is about a 20-minute walk uphill.
Bus
At the Plzeň bus station, take a bus heading to 'Zbiroh'. Buses frequently leave from here, and the journey will take about 30-40 minutes. When you arrive at the Zbiroh bus stop, exit the bus and follow the road signs towards Zámek Zbiroh, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
Walking from Zbiroh Train Station
If you arrive at Zbiroh train station, exit the station and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer, following the road signs towards Zámek Zbiroh. The path will lead you through some beautiful scenery, and you will eventually see the castle on a hill in front of you.
