If you're in the center of Prague, take the Metro Line C (red line) from any nearby station (e.g., Muzeum or I.P. Pavlova) towards Háje. Disembark at the 'Muzeum' station. After exiting the station, head east toward Vodičkova Street. Turn right onto Vodičkova Street and walk for about 5 minutes. The Museum of Fantastic Illusions will be on your left at number 31.

If you're near a tram stop, take tram number 9, 22, or 23 and get off at 'Vodičkova' stop. After getting off, walk a short distance along Vodičkova Street towards the east. The Museum of Fantastic Illusions will be located at number 31 on your left.

If you are already in the vicinity of Wenceslas Square, head down Vodičkova Street, located at the southern end of the square. Walk straight for about 10 minutes. The Museum of Fantastic Illusions will be on your right at number 31.
