If you are starting from the Old Town Square, walk towards the Astronomical Clock. From there, head northeast on Staroměstské náměstí towards Karlova street. Turn onto Karlova street and walk until you reach the tram stop 'Staroměstská.' Take tram number 17 towards 'Sídliště Řepy.' After 2 stops, get off at 'Národní třída.' From the tram stop, walk down Národní třída, then turn right onto Haštalská street. Speculum Alchemiae will be on your left at Haštalská 1.
