Walking
If you are already in the Hradcany neighborhood, head towards the Prague Castle complex. From wherever you are in Hradcany, make your way to the main entrance of Prague Castle, which is located at the top of the hill. You can follow the signs that say 'Pražský hrad'. Once you reach the entrance, enter the castle grounds. The Ball Room, known as the 'Míčovna', is located within the castle complex. After entering, walk straight ahead and follow the signs to the 'Míčovna'. The Ball Room is clearly marked, and you will find it within a short walk.

Public Transport
If you are further away in Hradcany, you can take tram number 22 from any nearby tram stop. Board the tram heading towards 'Nádraží Hostivař'. Get off at the 'Pražský hrad' stop, which is the closest stop to the castle. From there, you will see signs directing you to the castle entrance. Once you enter the castle grounds, follow the same route as above to reach the Ball Room. Note that a single ticket for the tram costs around 32 CZK and is valid for 90 minutes.
