You can take tram number 9, 14, or 24 and get off at the Václavské náměstí stop. After disembarking, you will be directly in front of the statue of Saint Wenceslas, which is located at the southern end of Wenceslas Square.

If you are in the vicinity of the Old Town, you can walk to Václavské náměstí. Head towards the National Museum, which is located at the top of the square. Walk down the square towards the south, and you’ll see the Statue of Saint Wenceslas in the center of the square.
