From anywhere in Prague, the National Museum is easily accessible via the Metro. Take Line A (green) or Line C (red) to Muzeum station, which is directly in front of the museum. A 30-minute ticket costs 30 CZK, and a 90-minute ticket costs 40 CZK. Alternatively, a 24-hour ticket costs 120 CZK.

Located on Wenceslas Square, the National Museum is within easy walking distance of many central Prague landmarks. From Old Town Square, walk southeast along Celetná Street, then continue onto Wenceslas Square. The museum will be at the top of the square. The walk is approximately 15 minutes.
