Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the center of New Town, head towards Karlovo náměstí (Charles Square). From the square, locate the prominent statue in the middle. Faust House is located at Karlovo nám. 502/40, which is on the northern side of the square. Walk towards the address, and you will see the historical building as you approach. This route should take about 10-15 minutes from the center of New Town.

    If you prefer taking the tram, you can board tram number 4, 10, or 16 at the nearest tram stop, which is 'Karolíny Světlé' or 'Národní třída.' Ride the tram for just one stop until you reach 'Karlovo náměstí.' Once you step off, walk north towards Karlovo nám. 502/40. The Faust House will be visible shortly once you exit the tram.
