If you are in New Town, you can easily walk to the Memorial plaque to the victims of the 1945 Prague Uprising. Start at the intersection of Národní třída and Vodičkova Street. Head east on Vodičkova Street until you reach the end of the street and it merges into Staroměstské náměstí (Old Town Square). Continue walking towards the square. The memorial plaque is located at Staroměstské nám. 4, right in front of the building. You can’t miss it as it is near the famous Astronomical Clock.

For a quicker option, you can take the tram. Head to the nearest tram stop, 'Národní třída' (Tram Line 14, 18). Board a tram heading towards 'Malostranska' and get off at the 'Staroměstská' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk. Exit the tram and walk towards the Old Town Square, passing through the streets until you reach the address Staroměstské nám. 4, where the memorial plaque is located.
