From the city center of České Budějovice, head to the main bus station, which is located at Žižkova 2, 370 01 České Budějovice. Look for bus number 390, which travels towards Český Rudolec. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. After the bus departs, stay on until you reach the Český Rudolec stop. Once you arrive at Český Rudolec, the castle is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head northwest on the main road (Český Rudolec 1) until you see the castle entrance on your right.

Start at the České Budějovice train station, located at Nádražní 1, 370 01 České Budějovice. Take a train towards Jindřichův Hradec and get off at the train station in Jindřichův Hradec. From there, transfer to bus number 390, which will take you to the Český Rudolec stop. The entire journey may take around 1.5 to 2 hours. After arriving at the Český Rudolec bus stop, walk northwest on Český Rudolec 1 for about 10 minutes to reach the castle.
