Public Transport
To reach Zřícenina hradu Buben via public transport, take a train from Plzeň to Město Touškov. From Město Touškov station, you can take a taxi or walk approximately 3 km to the ruins. The walk takes around 40 minutes. Check the train schedule in advance. From Plešnice train station, follow the blue marked trail for about 2.5km. Alternatively, take bus 722 from Bdeněves to Plešnice, rozc. 1.0, which is about 1 km from the village. From there, follow the blue trail.

Walking
From Plešnice, park at the parking lot at the end of the village behind the railway underpass. From there, follow the blue hiking trail along the Úlický stream for 1.2 km. A path then leads to the ruins. From Město Touškov station, walk south towards the main road and follow the signs to Plešnice. The path is scenic but may not be well-marked, so use a map or GPS.

If traveling by car from Plzeň, head northeast on the D5 highway towards Rozvadov. Take exit 86 for Zbůch and continue towards Město Touškov. Follow signs to Plešnice and then to Zřícenina hradu Buben. The ruins are approximately 20 km from Plzeň, and parking is available nearby. Park at the Parkoviště Plešnice parking lot.
