Walking
If you are starting from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, head south on Atlantic Avenue towards Garfield Parkway. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach Route 1. Cross over Route 1 using the pedestrian crosswalk and turn left onto Route 1 heading north. Walk for about 0.3 miles until you see a sign for Sea Colony. Turn right onto Sea Colony Way and continue straight. Sea Colony will be on your left at 33363 Sea Colony Way.

From the center of Bethany Beach, take the bike path that runs parallel to the beach. Ride south towards the intersection with Garfield Parkway. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Garfield Parkway, which will take you to Route 1. Once you reach Route 1, turn left and bike north for about 0.3 miles. After passing the Sea Colony sign, turn right onto Sea Colony Way and continue straight until you reach 33363 Sea Colony Way.
Public Transport
If you are using the DART bus service, take the Route 201 bus that runs along Route 1. Get off at the Sea Colony stop. From there, you can walk directly onto Sea Colony Way, which is just a short distance from the bus stop. Walk straight until you reach 33363 Sea Colony Way.
