From the center of Bethany Beach, head south on Garfield Parkway towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue and walk east towards the coast. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach the beach. From here, you can either turn back towards the town or continue straight to reach Summer Place. Head back towards the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Garfield Parkway, continue walking along Garfield Parkway for about 1 mile, and then turn right onto Summer Place Court. Summer Place will be on your right.
Biking

If you are renting a bike, start from the Bethany Beach bike rental shop located on Garfield Parkway. Head south on Garfield Parkway and follow it to Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue, cycling towards the beach. After about 0.5 miles, take a right back onto Garfield Parkway and continue for approximately 1 mile. Then turn right onto Summer Place Court. Summer Place will be located on your right.
