From Blackbird State Forest, head southwest on Blackbird Landing Rd. Continue for about 5 miles, then turn left onto DE-299 W. Follow DE-299 W for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with US-13 N. Merge onto US-13 N and continue for 5 miles. Take the exit toward DE-273 E/New Castle.
