From Blackbird State Forest, head southwest on Blackbird Landing Rd. Continue for about 5 miles, then turn left onto DE-299 W. Follow DE-299 W for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with US-13 N. Merge onto US-13 N and continue for 5 miles. Take the exit toward DE-273 E/New Castle. Continue onto DE-273 E for about 2 miles, then turn right onto E 4th St. The Amstel House Museum will be on your left at 2 E 4th St, New Castle, DE 19720.
