From Blackbird State Forest, exit the park and head south on Blackbird Landing Road. Continue for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (South Dupont Highway). Turn left onto Route 1 South and follow it for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward Dover and merge onto Route 13 North. Continue on Route 13 for about 2 miles, then take the exit for Route 8 West (Kings Highway). Continue on Kings Highway for about 1 mile, and you will find Woodburn: Governor's House at 151 Kings Hwy SW, Dover, DE 19901. There is usually no parking fee, but be mindful of any local parking regulations.
