From central Dover, head south on S Little Creek Rd. The Kent County Veterans Memorial Park will be on your right, with parking available on-site. Parking is free. From any location within Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, head southwest on Refuge Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 9. Turn left onto Route 9 and follow it for approximately 7 miles. You will then merge onto Route 1 South. After about 3 miles, take exit 104 for Route 8 toward Dover. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 8 and continue for about 2 miles. Turn right onto S Little Creek Road. The Kent County Veterans Memorial Park will be on your left at 760-816 S Little Creek Rd, Dover, DE 19901.
