From Independence Hall, walk east on Chestnut Street towards 3rd Street. The Benjamin Rush Garden will be on your left, at the corner of 3rd and Walnut Streets. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.

Public Transport
From the Philadelphia Museum of Art, take the Route 38 bus towards the 69th Street Terminal. Get off at the 5th Street & Market Street stop. Walk east on Market Street until you reach 3rd Street, then turn right. The Benjamin Rush Garden will be on your left. A one-way bus fare is $2.50.
