    From points in central Bethany Beach, the Nature Center is easily accessible on foot. Head west on Garfield Parkway (Route 26). The center is located at 807 Garfield Parkway, on the north side of the road, next to Grotto Pizza. Sidewalks line much of Garfield Parkway, making for a straightforward and pleasant walk.

    The Bethany Beach Trolley provides a convenient, and free, way to reach the Nature Center from various points within Bethany Beach. Check the trolley schedule and route map for the nearest stop. Exit the trolley at the Nature Center & Tree Top Ln stop. From there, it's a short walk to the center's entrance. The trolley operates from the Friday before Memorial Day through mid-September. Note: Trolley service may have brief breaks around 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

  • Driving

    Approaching Bethany Beach Nature Center by car, navigate to 807 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach. The center is located on Route 26. Limited free parking is available. During peak season (May 15 - September 15), parking fills quickly, especially on weekends. Consider arriving early or using the Bethany Beach ParkMobile system for nearby public parking. Parking rates vary, but expect to pay around $3 per hour.
