Take a left onto Post Lane. Continue on Post Lane for approximately 0.5 miles. You will see the Great Dune on your right side. There is a parking lot available for visitors near the dune.

From any location within Cape Henlopen State Park, you can rent a bike and cycle towards the Great Dune. Follow the park's designated bike paths. Head towards Cape Henlopen Drive, then turn onto Post Lane. The Great Dune will be visible as you approach, located just off the road. Be sure to secure your bike at the designated bike racks near the parking area.
