    If you are driving from Rehoboth Beach, head northwest on Coastal Hwy/DE-1 N. Continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit for DE-16 E toward Milton. Merge onto DE-16 E and continue for about 5 miles. Turn left onto Turkle Pond Rd. After about 1 mile, you will arrive at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, located at 11978 Turkle Pond Rd, Milton, DE 19968. Parking is available on-site.
