Use the GPS coordinates (39.768111, -75.5720637) or input 'Lookout Dr, Wilmington, DE 19806' into your navigation system. From I-95, take the exit for DE-202 N/Wilmington. Follow DE-202 N for about 2 miles, then turn right onto Lookout Dr. Rockford Park will be on your left. Parking is free at the park entrance.
Public Transportation

Route 33 services the area, and you would want to get off at the nearest stop, which is located on Pennsylvania Ave. From there, it's about a 15-20 minute walk to Rockford Park.
