    Start by exiting Fort Delaware State Park and head southwest on Fort Avenue toward S. 2nd Street. Turn left onto S. 2nd Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 9. Turn right onto Route 9. Follow Route 9 for about 3 miles, where it merges with Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 6 miles. Take the exit toward Lewes/Cape Henlopen State Park. Follow the signs to Cape Henlopen State Park, located at 15099 Cape Henlopen Dr, Lewes, DE 19958. There is an entrance fee of $5 per vehicle for Delaware residents and $10 for non-residents.
