During the summer season, Cape May offers a free shuttle service that makes stops throughout the town. Check for the 'Shuttle Stop' signs along the street. The Jitney is a free shuttle service that travels selected routes throughout Cape May on select dates and during select times. The stop for the Mall is located on Lyle Lane at Hill Walkway.

If driving, be aware that parking can be challenging, especially during the summer. Metered parking is available along Beach Avenue and surrounding streets. From 10am to 10pm, Cape May parking meters cost $1.50 per hour (25 cents for every 10 minutes). Some streets cost $2.00 an hour. Free parking is offered at the Cape May Elementary School lot on Lafayette Street (at the Madison Street intersection) when school is not in session. There is a five-minute grace period on meters.
