    Lums Pond State Park is located near Bear, Delaware. From I-95, take exit 4B onto DE-896 S. Follow DE-896 S to Howell School Road. The main entrance is on Howell School Road. Note that there is a park entrance fee of $3 for Delaware residents and $6 for out-of-state residents, in effect from March 1 to November 30.
