    From Lums Pond State Park, exit the park and turn left onto New Castle Ave (DE-9). Continue on DE-9 until you reach the junction with DE-1 N. Merge onto DE-1 N towards Dover. Follow DE-1 N for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 104 for US-13 N toward Dover. Continue on US-13 N for about 3 miles, then take the exit onto DE-8 E (E Loockerman St). After about 1 mile, turn left onto Kings Hwy SW. Woodburn: Governor's House will be on your left at 151 Kings Hwy SW, Dover, DE 19901.
