    From the Cape May Welcome Center at 609 Lafayette Street, walk east towards the ocean. Turn right onto Beach Avenue. The beach and promenade will be on your left. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.

  • Public Transport

    The Cape May Free Shuttle provides service to various stops along Beach Avenue during the summer season. Check the City of Cape May website or the Jitney Surfer app for the shuttle schedule and route. The Cape May-Lewes Ferry offers a shuttle from the Cape May Terminal to the Cape May Welcome Center, a short walk from Beach Avenue, for $4 per passenger.

  • Driving

    From the Garden State Parkway, follow signs for Cape May. Continue onto Lafayette Street, then turn right onto Beach Avenue. Metered parking is available along Beach Avenue. Parking costs $1.50 per hour east of Philadelphia Avenue. Parking meters are active from April 1st to October 31st, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ParkMobile app can be used for digital payments.
