    From the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, head south on the boardwalk toward the end of the beach. Once you reach the end of the boardwalk, turn left onto Rehoboth Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (Coastal Highway). Cross Route 1 carefully, and then head east toward the beach. You'll continue east until you reach Assawoman Street. Turn left on Assawoman Street, and follow it until you reach the WWII Observation Tower #1, which is located at the beach access point. The tower will be visible from the street.

    Begin at the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and rent a bike from one of the local rental shops. Head south on the boardwalk, then exit onto Rehoboth Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Route 1 (Coastal Highway). Carefully cross Route 1 and head east toward the beach. Once you reach Assawoman Street, turn left and bike along the street. You will find WWII Observation Tower #1 at the beach access point along Assawoman Street.
