Cross the Van Buren Street Bridge, and you'll see the zoo entrance on your left. Follow N Park Dr to the parking lot on the right. The walk is approximately 25 minutes. There are no costs associated with walking.

    DART First State bus routes 2, 11, and 35 serve the Brandywine Zoo. From the Wilmington Transit Center, transfer to the Route 24 bus heading towards the Brandywine Zoo. Get off at the stop closest to 1001 N Park Dr. A one-way fare on DART First State buses is $2.
