From any location in The Coastal Plain, make your way to Interstate 95 (I-95). If coming from the south, head north on I-95 and take exit 8A for DE-202 N toward West Chester Pike. Continue on DE-202 N, then take the ramp onto I-95 N again. Take exit 8 toward DE-92 N and merge onto DE-92 N. Follow DE-92 N until you reach Carr Road. Turn left onto Carr Road, and you will find the park entrance on your right. Keep in mind that parking fees may apply, so have some cash or a credit card ready.
