    Car

    If you are traveling by car, navigate to 43 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. From Route 1 South, take exit 104 for US-113 toward Dover. Continue on US-113 for about 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 8. Turn left onto Route 8 and continue for 2 miles. Turn right onto The Green, and you will find First State Heritage Park on your left. Parking is available nearby.

    Public Transportation

    If you are using public transportation, take the DART First State bus #301 from any Coastal Plain area towards Dover. Get off at the Legislative Hall stop. From there, it is a short 0.2-mile walk to First State Heritage Park. Head south on Legislative Avenue, then turn left onto The Green. The park is located at 43 The Green. Be sure to check the DART schedule for bus times, as they may vary.

    If you are already in downtown Dover, you can walk to First State Heritage Park. From the Dover Public Library, head east on Loockerman Street towards The Green.
