Car
If you're traveling by car, start by heading to Route 1 (Coastal Highway) from anywhere in The Delaware Bayshore. Take Route 1 North until you reach the exit for Route 202 (Concord Pike). Continue on Route 202 North for about 5 miles, then take the exit for I-95 North towards Wilmington. Merge onto I-95 North and follow it for approximately 6 miles. Take exit 7B for DE-52 N toward Greenville. Continue on DE-52 N for about 3 miles. Turn left onto Montchanin Road, and then take a right onto Old Wilmington Road. After about 1 mile, you will see Eleutherian Mills on your left. There is no parking fee at the site, but be mindful of street signs for any local parking regulations.

If you prefer public transportation, take the DART First State bus service from various locations in The Delaware Bayshore to downtown Wilmington. Check the DART schedule for the nearest stop and times. Once you arrive in Wilmington, you can transfer to bus route 33, which heads towards Greenville. Get off at the Montchanin Road stop. From there, it's about a 1-mile walk to Eleutherian Mills. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, as the walk includes some uneven terrain. The bus fare will cost you approximately $2.00 each way.
