If driving, from the center of East Stroudsburg, head northeast on PA-209 N. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Milford Road (PA-2001). Turn left onto Milford Road and continue for approximately 2 miles. The Pocono Indian Museum will be on your right at 5905 Milford Rd, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302. There is parking available on-site.
