Curtis Mill Park is located off Paper Mill Road. From the intersection of DE-2/DE-72 (Capitol Trail) and DE-273 (Ogletown Rd), take Capitol Trail (DE-72N/DE-2E) and proceed 0.1 mile. Turn left onto Cleveland Ave and proceed 0.6 miles. Bear right onto Paper Mill Rd and proceed 0.3 miles. The park entrance will be on your left.

Curtis Mill Park is located at 299 Paper Mill Rd, Newark, DE 19711. From I-95, take exit 3 for DE-273 toward Newark. Follow DE-273 W, then turn right onto S College Ave. Turn left onto E Park Pl, then continue onto Paper Mill Rd. The park will be on your right. Parking is free and available in the park's parking lots.
