Ned Peppers Bar is a vibrant and bustling tavern nestled in the heart of Dayton's Oregon District. Known for its lively atmosphere, the bar draws a diverse crowd, including college students and locals looking for a fun night out. The Oregon District itself is a historic area with roots dating back to 1815, offering a mix of arts, entertainment, retail, bars, and restaurants.

Ned Peppers has been a fixture in the Oregon District since 1994 when James "Jim" Schaefer purchased the bar, previously known as T.B. Hopkins, and renamed it. The bar has unfortunately been the site of tragedy, when a mass shooting occurred near its entrance in 2019. However, the community has rallied around the Oregon District, and Ned Peppers continues to be a popular destination.
