Copenhagen Bus and Boat ticket, Valid 48 Hours

Good but ---

Over two days travelled on both bus routes and boat based canal tour. All three tours were good and interesting and represented good value for money. But, joining instructions left much to be desired! This is not the 'usual' red hop off bus, which we found out after waiting at the bus stop only to be told we had to go elsewhere - not particularly clear where; fair bit of time wasted. As for the boat - why book in advance when you were forced to queue up to book a slot, in our case over an hour later (having waited to get on earlier boat for 15 minutes!) ? My whole purpose in advance booking was to maximise our limited time in Copenhagen. By virtue of limited/ no information this did not happen. Get it right please Stromma.
