From the center of Thisted, the easiest way to reach Havbad is by bus to Vorupør, followed by a short walk. Take bus line 90 from Thisted bus station towards Vorupør. The bus ride takes approximately 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Vorupør' bus stop, which is located in the center of the village. From the bus stop, walk west towards the sea. Havbad is located on Vesterhavsgade, next to the harbor. The walk is approximately 500 meters and should take about 5-10 minutes. The route is flat and easily accessible. Alternatively, from Vorupør bus stop, follow Vesterhavsgade, passing the local shops and restaurants, until you reach the harbor area. Havbad is situated right next to the harbor and is easily visible. There are no costs associated with walking.

If driving from Thisted, follow Road 181 west towards Vorupør. The drive is approximately 20 kilometers and takes about 20-25 minutes. Once you arrive in Vorupør, follow the signs towards the harbor. Havbad is located on Vesterhavsgade, right next to the harbor. Parking is available near the harbor, but it can be limited during peak season. Parking is typically free, but it's advisable to check local signage for any restrictions. As of May 2025, there are no parking fees in Vorupør. Be aware that parking close to the harbor can be challenging during the summer months and on weekends due to the popularity of the area. Consider arriving early to secure a parking spot. Alternatively, there are parking spaces available further away from the harbor, requiring a slightly longer walk.

To reach Havbad via public transport, take bus line 90 from Thisted bus station towards Vorupør. The bus ride takes approximately 25 minutes.
