If you are starting from the central market area of Arta, head north towards Avenue Moussa Tavele. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenue de l'Indépendance. Turn right onto Avenue de l'Indépendance and walk for another 500 meters. The memorial will be located on your left side, set back slightly from the road, surrounded by greenery.

From the Arta Bus Station, exit and take Avenue de l'Indépendance heading south. Walk straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and cafes. After about 15 minutes of walking, look for a small pathway on your right leading into a park-like area. Follow this path, and you will soon see The memorial of two Japanese situated within the park.

If you are near the local mosque, head east towards Avenue Moussa Tavele. Walk straight for about 800 meters, then turn left onto Avenue de l'Indépendance. Continue for about 300 meters, and you will find the memorial on your right, just past a small roundabout.
