From Roseau, follow the coastal road south towards Soufriere. The drive is approximately 15 minutes. Bubble Beach Spa is located along the bay, near the Catholic Church. Parking is limited near the beach. There are no tolls on this route. A visitor's driving permit is required, costing US$12, and is available from rental companies.
