Getting There

Public Transport
From Roseau, take a public minibus heading towards Castle Bruce or the east coast from the Roseau Bus Station on River Bank. Inform the driver you wish to get off at the Emerald Pool turnoff, approximately 15 miles from Roseau. The bus fare is between EC$5-8. From the turnoff, it's a short, well-marked 10-15 minute walk to the Emerald Pool visitor center and trailhead. Be aware that minibus services are less frequent after 6:00 PM.

Taxi/Ride-Share
Taxis are readily available in Roseau and can provide a direct route to the Emerald Pool. Negotiate the fare with the driver before departing. The taxi ride takes approximately 30-45 minutes. Expect to pay around EC$80-120 for a one-way trip. The taxi will drop you off at the parking area near the visitor center. From there, it's a short walk to the Emerald Pool.

From Roseau, head east on the main road towards Castle Bruce. The drive is approximately 15 miles and takes about 30-45 minutes. Look for well-marked signs indicating the turnoff for Emerald Pool. Once you reach the Emerald Pool junction, follow the road a short distance to the parking area. Parking is available near the visitor center.

Entrance Fee
An entrance fee is required to access the Emerald Pool for non-residents. A single-site pass costs US$5.00 (EC$13.25). Alternatively, a week pass, valid for multiple visits to various sites, costs US$12.00 (EC$32.04). Tickets can be purchased at the Emerald Pool Reception Center or the Forestry, Wildlife, and Parks Division on Valley Road in Roseau.
