From the center of Mahaut, head north on the main road (Bayfront) towards the village of Penville. Walk for approximately 40 minutes. As you approach Penville, keep an eye out for a sign indicating the entrance to Bwa Nef Falls, which is located off the main road. Follow the trail leading to the falls, which will be about a 10-minute walk from the main road.

Catch a minibus heading towards Penville from the main bus stop in Mahaut. The fare is usually around 3-5 EC dollars. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Penville, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Bwa Nef Falls. From there, you may need to walk for about 10 minutes along the trail to reach the falls.

For the more adventurous, start your hike from Mahaut towards the mountainous area leading to Penville. You will need to be prepared with proper hiking gear. Follow the path that leads you northwest, and after about 1 hour of hiking, you should find a trail that leads directly to Bwa Nef Falls. Ensure to stay on the marked paths and take plenty of water.
