Getting There

Walking
Start at the center of Mahaut, near the Mahaut Health Center. From there, head north on the main road (Bath Road) towards Roseau. Keep walking straight for about 20 minutes, passing local shops and residential areas. You will notice the road becoming wider as you approach the outskirts of Roseau. Continue until you see the sign for the Dominica Botanical Gardens on your left. The entrance is located just off Bath Road.

From Mahaut, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located along the main road. Take a bus heading towards Roseau. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Ask the bus driver to let you know when you reach the Dominica Botanical Gardens stop. Upon disembarking, walk a short distance back towards the entrance of the gardens, which will be on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Mahaut and cycle north on Bath Road towards Roseau. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Be aware of traffic and ride safely. As you approach the gardens, look for the sign on your left indicating the entrance. Park your bicycle outside the entrance.
