From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically leave from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. Ask the driver to drop you off at the side street leading to the Middleham Falls trailhead. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around EC$5. From the drop-off point, it's about a 15-minute (1 km) walk to the trailhead. Follow the signposted side road, which includes some steep hills, to reach the official starting point of the trail.

A taxi from Roseau directly to the Middleham Falls trailhead will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which typically ranges from EC$80-EC$135 (US$30-US$50). Ensure the driver knows the exact location of the trailhead.

From Roseau, follow the main road east towards Trafalgar. Continue past Trafalgar, following signs for Laudat. After about 20 minutes, look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls on the left. Follow the side road to the trailhead.
