  • Public Transport

    From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically depart from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. From Laudat, it's a short walk to the trailhead. Minibus fare is around EC$5.

  • Taxi/Ride-Share

    A taxi from Roseau to the Middleham Falls trailhead will cost approximately US$30-US$50, depending on your negotiation skills. Ensure the driver knows the exact location of the trailhead. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes.

  • Driving

    From Roseau, head towards the village of Laudat. Follow the main road, and look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls. Drive a few minutes to the end of the road where you will reach a resort or development of some kind. There is a small parking lot at the trailhead.

  • Entrance Fee

    Middleham Falls is located within Morne Trois Pitons National Park. There is a US$5 entry fee to see the falls. You may need to purchase a day pass to enter the park. Officially there is an admission fee of 5 EC dollar.

The trail to Middleham Falls was built by the Forestry, Wildlife & Parks Division through a 950-acre tract of tropical rainforest. This land was donated to the Government of Dominica by John D. Archbold through The Nature Conservancy, ensuring the preservation of this natural treasure. A section of Segment 4 of the Waitukubuli National Trail, the longest hiking trail in the Caribbean, traverses the Middleham area.
