Car
If you are driving from the town of Jarabacoa, head west on the Carretera Jarabacoa - La Vega road. Continue for about 10km until you reach the junction with Carretera La Vega - Santiago. Take a left onto Carretera La Vega - Santiago and drive for another 20km. Look for signs indicating 'Salto de Aguas Blancas' and follow them. You will need to turn onto a smaller road that leads directly to the waterfall. As you get closer, be prepared for a bumpy dirt road. Parking is available near the entrance to the site, but may require a small fee (around 100 DOP).

Public Transportation
To reach Salto de Aguas Blancas using public transportation, first, take a local bus from Jarabacoa to La Vega. Buses depart frequently and the fare is approximately 50 DOP. Once in La Vega, transfer to a 'carro público' (shared taxi) heading towards Santiago. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the turn-off for Salto de Aguas Blancas. The fare for the carro público should be around 75 DOP. From the drop-off point, you will need to walk a short distance along the dirt road to reach the waterfall. Be prepared for some uneven terrain.
