If you're driving from the center of Las Terrenas, head east on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte towards Calle 27 de Febrero. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard del Atlántico and follow this road for approximately 3 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Playa Jackson, and turn right onto the access road marked '78PJ+RV'. After another 500 meters, you will arrive at Playa Jackson. Make sure to park in designated areas, as parking may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Playa Jackson using public transportation, find a local motoconcho (motorcycle taxi) or guagua (shared minibus) in the center of Las Terrenas. Motoconchos can be found near popular spots like Plaza Rosada. Ask the driver to take you to Playa Jackson or '78PJ+RV'. The fare for a motoconcho is typically around 100-150 Dominican Pesos. If you take a guagua, make sure to confirm that it goes towards that area, and the fare is usually around 50-75 Dominican Pesos. The journey may take around 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
