Car
If you are driving from the town of Las Terrenas, take the Loma Atravesada road (DR-5) heading southwest. Continue for approximately 25 km until you reach the intersection with the road to Playa Rincon. Turn left onto the unpaved road that leads to Playa Rincon. Be cautious as the road can be bumpy. After about 15 minutes of driving, you will arrive at the entrance to Playa Rincon where you can find parking for a small fee (around 100 DOP).
Public Transportation
From Las Terrenas, find a local guaguas (minibus) heading towards Samana. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Playa Rincon. The fare is roughly 50 DOP. From the junction, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 km down the dirt road to reach the beach. Wear comfortable shoes as the path can be uneven.
Boat
Alternatively, you can take a boat from Las Terrenas directly to Playa Rincon. Look for local tour operators offering boat rides. This option usually costs around 2000 DOP per person and provides a scenic view of the coastline as you approach the beach. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes.
