If you are driving, start from Las Terrenas. Head west on Avenida Juan Pablo Duarte, then take a left onto Calle El Centro. Continue straight until you reach the fork in the road, then take the right fork onto Avenida Libertad. Follow this road for about 15 minutes until you see signs for Playa Escondida. The parking area is located just off the main road. Note that there may be a small parking fee, approximately 100 DOP.

To reach Playa Escondida using public transportation, take a local guagua (minibus) from Las Terrenas to El Limón. The fare is typically around 50 DOP. Once in El Limón, you can either walk or take a moto-taxi to Playa Escondida. The moto-taxi should cost around 200 DOP. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes from El Limón.
